The Tea Light: Use a standard 4-hour unscented tea light. Do not use 8-hour maxi tea lights; they get too hot, burning the fragrance off too quickly.
Changing the Wax: When you can no longer smell the scent, let the wax cool and harden. Pop it out (putting the dish in the fridge for 10 mins helps!) and replace it with a fresh melt.
